America's Descent into Communism

American households were ranked in order of poorest to richest. The poorest ranking households were actually poorer than 14 European countries including Slovenia.

The study, conducted by The Financial Times, noted that the United States and Britain have become poor countries with very rich individuals.

Taxation, regulation, government spending, and a managed economy have been a drag on upward mobility.

The middle class bears the heaviest burden of socialist policies because corporations and the wealthy essentially don’t pay taxes.

When Democrats propose taxing the rich, it is always the poor who pay — either through the loss of a job or higher costs for goods and services.

The Founders understood that there was a thin line between liberty and oligarchy. The middle class is the dividing line.

The Great Debate is whether capitalism or socialism offers the best hope to achieve economic security. William Buckley noted 60 years ago:

“The question was whether to go in the direction of a completely centralized society, or to preserve the free-market alternative. That fight, it seems to me, has been, in theory, won. The conservatives won that fight.”

In theory, yes, but not in practice. Democrats have since spent trillions of dollars in a failed War on Poverty.

A Biblical Perspective

Recall that Mary used expensive perfume to wash the feet of Jesus as Judas Iscariot protested that the perfume could have been sold to help the poor. Jesus replied,

“You will always have the poor among you.”

Democrats remind me of Judas Iscariot. Somehow it makes them feel better to spend other people’s money for this or that.

So, the Department of Defense has instructed soldiers how to apply for food stamps. Yet, those soldiers are being taxed to pay for the student loan debt of Harvard graduates.

If we put this in the context of Christian morality, the transfer of wealth from the person who earned it to the person who didn’t is clearly immoral.

The Bible has a prescription for poverty — it’s called ‘charity’. And for those who are able-bodied it’s called ‘work’.

The confiscation of wealth — think IRS — is totally immoral.

… and there was no income tax in the Constitution. (That didn’t start until 1861 to fund the Civil War.)

The concept of taking from those who have and giving to those who need … why, that sounds like Karl Marx!

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”

The Democrat Party has totally embraced Marxism. It is anti-democratic, anti-Christian, anti-Constitution and, quite frankly, anti-freedom.

… and it has the backing of every major institution in the country.

An Open Border Key to Leftist Agenda

On any given night, 1,000 illegals sleep on the streets of El Paso, Texas. Sanctuary cities complain about 50.

California Governor Gavin Newsom wants the Justice Department to investigate Texas Governor Abbott and Florida Governor DeSantis on possible charges of kidnapping relating to the interstate transport of illegal immigrants. Would Biden also be investigated for sending planeloads of illegals to Florida and elsewhere?

Biden might also be charged with election tampering because his hope is to register the illegals as Democrats and turn red states blue. If illegals registered and voted Republican how long would it take for Democrats to secure the border?

The Border Patrol says that the drug cartels are responsible for the massive, organized runs across the border. One hundred illegals will cross at the weakest point which diverts all agents to that sector. The drug smugglers can then just walk across undetected -- except for electronic monitoring.

Fentanyl, manufactured in China, is pouring across the border and killing 300 Americans daily. This is payback for the Opium Wars when the West flooded China with opium which led to the fall of the Qing dynasty and ended China's preeminence in Asia.

The southern border is on the front line of an international effort to destabilize the United States. Trump understood this. Without a secure border there is no country.

Liberals are so compassionate and inviting until the problem arrives at their doorstep. I don't believe they are that dense. There is something more sinister going on. Their Marxist utopia cannot be established until the current system is overthrown.

The importation of poverty and drugs is necessary to facilitate the massive demographic shift that will empower the socialists to achieve their end goal.

In an oligarchy, there are only two classes -- rich and poor. The wealthy will still enjoy their extravagant lifestyle on Martha's Vineyard -- where Obama owns a 30-acre estate -- while everyone else struggles to get by.
