How Socialists Measure Success


Mamdani has allocated $70 million to build five city-owned grocery stores in New York City. The first store is slated to cost $30 million dollars plus an additional $25 million for site improvement.

The national average cost for building a grocery store is in the range of $6 million to $12 million. Further proof that government can do nothing as well, or cost effective, as the free market.
