The Third Impeachment of Trump

The House Democrats' Jan. 6 panel concluded this week with criminal referrals against former President Donald Trump for his alleged role in attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election and the ensuing Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.

The most serious charge is that Trump incited what Democrats have called an insurrection against the United States government. It is now up to Attorney General Merrick Garland to decide whether formal charges will be brought against the former president.

It is the first time in history that a president has been impeached twice and criminally referred to the Justice Department for possible prosecution. The Jan. 6 hearings were basically a third impeachment.

Garland, whose nomination to the Supreme Court expired after Trump's election in 2016, will have to decide whether the case will go to trial.

Should Garland recuse himself or will he sanction the Left's obsessive determination to end Donald Trump's political career once and for all? The AG may decide to do nothing in light of the fact that a Republican-controlled House is expected to launch a scorched earth investigation of the Justice Department and the Democrat Party for colluding to influence American elections.

Hillary Clinton was supposed to win in 2016. The so-called "insurance policy" was a fabricated narrative that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election.

At the center of the allegation was the infamous Steele Dossier that was bought and paid for by the Clinton campaign. The dossier was the source of scandalous charges against then-candidate Trump and his supposed associations with Vladimir Putin and the Russian mafia.

The F.B.I. knew that the dossier was a fabrication yet they affirmed its validity in official requests for court-granted warrants to spy on the Trump campaign.

We have now learned that the F.B.I. also spied on Republican lawmakers who attempted to investigate collusion between a weaponized Justice Department and the Democrat Party.

The Justice Department, in fact, has been functioning much like the post-war East German Stasi or secret police. Truth be told it has operated as the American Stasi since the reign of J. Edgar Hoover.

There was collusion in 2016 -- and in the years following -- but not by Donald Trump. The conspirators include the Justice Department, F.B.I., legacy media, social media and the Democrat Party.

The malicious hoax on the American people was orchestrated by an entrenched fascist bureaucracy. The Left accuses conservatives of being fascist, a threat to democracy or rebellious towards the rule of law when, in fact, the Democrat Party is the face of American Marxism.

The party represents an existential threat to the Constitution and the Republic.

Donald Trump recognized this which is why he ran for president the first time. The swamp, as he called it, needed to be drained although he soon discovered that the swamp was even deeper than he imagined.

The swamp creatures -- consisting of the unelected bureaucracy and career politicians -- didn't want to go. Hence, the six-year Jihad (or witch hunt) to destroy Donald Trump, demoralize his followers and send a warning that this could happen to you if you dare to challenge the system.

With release of the Twitter files, we are learning that the three-headed beast -- Democrat Party, Justice Department and mass media -- have colluded to censor or cancel dissenting opinion over several election cycles. Voters have said that had they known about the Hunter Biden laptop they would not have voted for father Joe in 2020. Enough people would have changed their vote to ensure Trump's re-election.

And why didn't voters know? Because the F.B.I. strong-armed social media to suspend accounts that dared to share the story. Federal law enforcement has been in bed with the Democrat Party to destroy political opposition and hide the truth about the insidious plot to socialize the United States.

Democrats believe in free speech insofar as it conforms with the politically correct narrative which is all just a bucket of lies. True to the principles of fascist ideology -- they tell a lie often enough until it becomes the truth.

And Democrats believe in a democracy where there is one-party rule and everyone toes the party line. Public education is useful in ensuring that everyone is properly indoctrinated.

Mass media serves as the propaganda wing of the Democrat Party. We were told ad nauseum by CNN and the New York Times that Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election. Now, we are told by the Jan. 6 committee that Trump refused to accept the results of the 2020 election.

If I recall, Hillary Clinton and the Left refused to accept the results of the 2016 election. Trump, they said, was an illegitimate president.

As for inciting an insurrection, the legacy media always deletes the part of Trump's speech where he called for a peaceful assembly on January 6, 2021. Nor do they mention Trump's final tweets before his account was permanently suspended:

The Jan. 6 hearings cost the American taxpayer $3.3 million. It was a kangaroo court designed only for political theater. As Republicans prepare to take back control of the House, the corruption we have witnessed for too long will, at last, be exposed to the light of day.

Officials need to be held accountable. People need to go to jail. Hillary should have been convicted for her crimes in 2016, but a friendly Justice Department refused to prosecute.

Based on what we know from Hunter's laptop, the Biden family -- including the president -- should be in jail for federal crimes.

Attorney General Garland may find himself in a sticky situation. How can he prosecute Trump on trumped up charges while ignoring the documented offenses of the Biden family and his very own Justice Department?

Up until now, justice has been unevenly served. When the new Congress convenes in January, the swamp creatures will finally have their day of reckoning.

The question is, will the Leftist media cover the story or will the truth be too damning?
